EduPlay Kids Privacy Policy
Effective date: 28 September 2026
This policy explains how the EduPlay Kids app ("the app") handles information. The app is published by its developer ("we", "us"), who can be reached at dev@tsezar.io.
The short version
- The app does not collect, send or share any personal information.
- It has no internet access, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no in-app purchases.
- Everything the app saves stays on your device, and you can delete it at any time.
What the app saves on the device
To work, the app keeps a small amount of information in its private storage on the device:
- Child profiles: the name or nickname a parent types in, and the chosen avatar and language. We recommend a first name or a nickname.
- Learning progress: stars, the level reached in each game, and a history of played rounds (which game and level, how many answers were correct, hints and time used, and when it was played).
- Settings: language, sound, music, vibration and volume, the session time limit, and the state of the grown-ups' question that protects the Parent Zone.
This information never leaves the device. We cannot see it, and it is not sent to us or to anyone else.
What the app does not do
- It does not ask for or collect an email address, phone number, home address, photos, location, contacts or any device identifier, including the advertising ID.
- It does not have permission to use the internet, so it cannot send information over a network.
- It contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or other third-party code that collects information.
- It has no chat, social features, links to websites or purchases.
- It does not use the camera or the microphone.
Backups
The app's data is excluded from Android and iOS cloud backups and from Android's device-to-device transfer, so it is not copied to Google's or Apple's servers. As a result, profiles do not move to a new phone or tablet.
The Parent Zone
Settings, profiles and progress reset are in the Parent Zone. Before it opens, the app asks a question for grown-ups, so that young children do not change settings or delete progress by accident.
Deleting information
- To reset a child's progress or delete a profile, open the Parent Zone.
- Uninstalling the app deletes all of its information from the device.
Children's privacy
The app is made for children and is designed to follow the Google Play Families Policy, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because we do not collect personal information, we have none to use, sell or share, and nothing to access or delete on our side.
Google Play and app stores
When you download the app, the store you use (such as Google Play) handles your account and download under its own privacy policy. The app itself does not send anything to the store.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version at the address below and update the effective date. If a future version of the app ever needs to handle information differently, we will update this policy before that version is released.

რას ინახავს აპი მოწყობილობაზე

რას არ აკეთებს აპი

სარეზერვო ასლები
აპის მონაცემები არ შედის Android-ისა და iOS-ის ღრუბლოვან სარეზერვო ასლებში და Android-ის მოწყობილობებს შორის გადატანაში, ამიტომ Google-ისა და Apple-ის სერვერებზე არ კოპირდება. შესაბამისად, ახალ ტელეფონსა თუ პლანშეტზე პროფილები არ გადადის.
მშობლის ზონა
პარამეტრები, პროფილები და პროგრესის განულება მშობლის ზონაშია. მის გახსნამდე აპი უფროსებისთვის განკუთვნილ კითხვას სვამს, რომ პატარა ბავშვებმა შემთხვევით არ შეცვალონ პარამეტრები და არ წაშალონ პროგრესი.
ინფორმაციის წაშლა
- ბავშვის პროგრესის განულება ან პროფილის წაშლა მშობლის ზონაში შეგიძლიათ.
- აპის წაშლისას მოწყობილობიდან მისი მთელი ინფორმაციაც იშლება.
ბავშვების კონფიდენციალურობა
აპი ბავშვებისთვისაა შექმნილი და ითვალისწინებს Google Play-ის ოჯახების პოლიტიკას (Families Policy), აშშ-ის ბავშვთა ონლაინ კონფიდენციალურობის დაცვის აქტს (COPPA) და ევროკავშირის მონაცემთა დაცვის ზოგად რეგულაციას (GDPR). რადგან პერსონალურ ინფორმაციას არ ვაგროვებთ, არც გამოსაყენებელი, გასაყიდი ან გასაზიარებელი გვაქვს რამე და არც ჩვენს მხარეს არის სანახავი ან წასაშლელი.
Google Play და აპლიკაციების მაღაზიები
აპის ჩამოტვირთვისას თქვენს ანგარიშსა და ჩამოტვირთვას მაღაზია (მაგალითად, Google Play) საკუთარი კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკით ამუშავებს. თავად აპი მაღაზიას არაფერს უგზავნის.
პოლიტიკის ცვლილებები
თუ ეს პოლიტიკა შეიცვლება, ახალ ვერსიას ქვემოთ მითითებულ მისამართზე გამოვაქვეყნებთ და ძალაში შესვლის თარიღს განვაახლებთ. თუ აპის რომელიმე მომავალ ვერსიას ინფორმაციასთან სხვაგვარად მოპყრობა დასჭირდება, პოლიტიკას იმ ვერსიის გამოსვლამდე განვაახლებთ.
